AROS PATENT AB was established in 1998 by five patent attorneys well experienced in national and international patent practice. Our office is located in central Uppsala, the old university town 30 km to the north of the Stockholm/Arlanda airport.

Since the start in 1998 the firm has steadily grown and is now a well established medium sized firm providing services for the protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Through our own in-house staff and in close association with a wide network of domestic and foreign colleagues and contacts we can offer counselling within all fields of IPR. The firm is authorized to represent clients both before the EPO and the OHIM.

We strive to establish long-term relationships with clients and associates and believe that this is achieved by providing the highest quality of work and by also being very responsive to the requirements and needs of each individual client as well as associate. Our entire staff is committed to offering the best possible personal assistance and counselling.

Our professional staff presently consists of eight patent and trade mark attorneys that are mainly involved in drafting and prosecuting patent, registered design and trade mark applications. The technical competence of the staff covers all fields of technology but is focused on high technology.
